基于《中华医典》古籍医案治疗胃痛用药规律探析
Analysis of medication rules in the treatment of gastralgia based on medical cases in Zhonghua Yidian

Abstract
Objective:To investigate medication rules for gastralgia in ancient medical cases in Zhonghua Yidian(《中华医典》).Methods:Using"Weitong(胃痛)"and"Wantong(脘痛)"as keywords,this study retrieved medical cases from Zhonghua Yidian(V5.0),extracted prescriptions and analyzed them with the Ancient and Modern Medical Cases Cloud Platform(V2.3.9)and SPSS Modeler 18.0.Herb frequency,property,flavor,meridian tropism,and efficacy analyses were conducted,along with cluster,association rule,and complex network analyses.Results:A total of 236 prescriptions covering 246 TCM were included,with Fuling(Poria Cocos)having the highest frequency.Warm and neutral properties were predominant,with acrid-flavored herbs being most frequent,followed by bitter and sweet flavors.The main meridian tropisms involved were the spleen,lung,and stomach.Common combinations included Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma)-Fuling,Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)-Fuling,Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma)-Fuling-Banxia,and Ganjiang-Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium)-Banxia.Three core potential prescriptions were identified through cluster analysis.Conclusion:Ancient treatments for gastralgia focused on warming and unblocking,supplemented by drying dampness.Strategies included acrid-opening,bitter-descending,and sweet-dampness-draining herbs to regulate Qi(气)movement,expel pathogens,and resolve phlegm,with emphasis on spleen-meridian herbs and regulating the spleen and stomach.This study provides a valuable reference for modern diagnosis and treatment of gastralgia.关键词
