摘要
Abstract
In the clinical research on the tongue image syndrome elements of patients with digestive tract cancer, there are significant differences between the tongue image syndrome elements of patients and those of healthy individuals, with the differences being particularly prominent in the tongue coating. There is a close relationship between tongue surface bacteria and tongue coating. The most direct factor causing changes in tongue syndrome elements is the disruption of the original microbial environment homeostasis on the tongue surface, resulting in changes in the distribution of tongue surface flora in terms of abundance, structure, and location.Regarding digestive tract cancer,it can cause long-term stable changes in the survival microecology of tongue surface flora by influencing factors such as the physical and chemical environment of the oral cavity and tongue surface, the shedding of tongue surface cells, immune activity and inflammatory infiltration, and the structure of oral flora, thereby causing changes in tongue image syndrome elements.Exploring the changes in the living microenvironment of the tongue microbiota under the influence of gastrointestinal system cancers helps to clarify the mechanisms behind the pathological tongue signs in cancer patients and improve the modern theoretical basis of traditional Chinese tongue diagnosis. Some cancer-related microbes in the oral cavity can serve as potential biomarkers, providing new objective indicators for tertiary prevention of tumors, clinical efficacy, and prognosis assessment.关键词
