新型抗精神病药物布瑞哌唑个体化给药研究进展
Progress in research on individualized dosing of the new antipsychotic drug brexpiprazole

Abstract
Objective Brexpiprazole is a new type of antipsychotic drug,which is a partial agonist of dopamine receptor and serotonin 5-hydroxytryptamine 1A receptor(5-HT1A).It has been used in the treatment of schizophrenia,major depressive disorder and Alzheimer's disease-related agitation symptoms,with good safety and tolerance.It has a long half-life and is mainly metabolized by cytochrome P450 2D6(CYP2D6)and CYP3A4.Individual exposure differences make dose titration,therapeutic drug monitoring and drug interaction evaluation have clinical significance.This article reviews the research progress of individualized administration of brexpiprazol from the aspects of pharmacological mechanism,pharmacokinetic characteristics,population pharmacokinetics,clinical efficacy and safety,therapeutic drug monitoring,gene polymorphism and drug interaction,so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.关键词
