Abstract
The National Standardization Development Outline proposes the goal of"deepening the development of comprehensive standardization."With the steady progress of standardization work in the Hainan Free Trade Port,a standardization framework characterized by"market-driven forces,government guidance,enterprises as main entities,social participation,as well as openness and integration"has begun to take shape.However,there remains a need to strengthen the top-level design of standardization and promote the development of comprehensive standardization in a coordinated manner.This paper analyzes the construction of a comprehensive standards system for the Hainan Free Trade Port,summarizes the achievements made in recent years in advancing comprehensive standardization,and provides recommendations for promoting the development of standardization in the Hainan Free Trade Port,with a view to offering references for its comprehensive standardization efforts.关键词
