功能认知对农户宅基地退出意愿影响研究
The impact of functional cognition on farmers' willingness to exit rural homesteads

Abstract
This paper aims to explore pathways for promoting the orderly withdrawal of rural homesteads in support of rural revital-ization.Combining the multi-functional value and location theories of rural homesteads,this paper employed a structural equation mod-el to analyze how farmers' functional cognition affects their withdrawal willingness.The results showed that:(1)Overall:Economic function cognition had a positive impact on withdrawal willingness,whereas cognitions of living security and psychological functions ex-erted negative impacts.(2)Location heterogeneity:Significant location-based differences were found.In suburban villages,withdrawal willingness was primarily driven by economic function cognition(0.467);in pure rural areas,it was mainly inhibited by living security function cognition(-0.375).(3)Mediating effect:Risk perception played a significant mediating role in suburban villages(for liv-ing security and economic functions)and in pure rural areas(for all three functions).(4)Farmer heterogeneity:Willingness differed by livelihood type within locations.In suburban villages,part-time farmers exhibited higher willingness due to strong economic and weak living security cognition.In pure rural areas,pure farmers showed lower willingness due to strong living security and weak econom-ic cognition.关键词
