易地搬迁城镇化安置区基本公共服务发展的实践研究
A practical study on the development of basic public services in poverty alleviation relocation areas

Abstract
The equalization of basic public services in poverty alleviation relocation(PAR)areas is a critical step in consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation.However,its high-quality development faces numerous practical challenges.Based on the theory of holistic governance,this paper systematically examined the practical pathways for the provision of basic public services in these areas.The findings indicated that demand-driven service provision,technology-enabled efficiency,and a balanced service system had collectively promoted high-quality development.This approach not only addressed the diverse needs of the relocated population but also ensured their equitable access to substantially equal basic public services.Consequently,to further advance high-quality development,it was recommended to address the fragmentation of service provision through collaborative multi-stakeholder pro-vision,digital empowerment,and the dynamic optimization of service standards.These measures helped establish standards that align with the needs of relocated populations and facilitate their social integration,ultimately achieving the goal of"stable resettlement and gradual prosperity".关键词
