摘要

Abstract

The free amino acid is an important compound in tobacco, and plays an impotant role in the formation of tobacco flavor. The main methods of separation and quantitative determination of free amino acid are: high pressure liquid chromatography identifing free amino acids with 9-fluorenyl methylchloroformate as precolumn derivative reagent, capillary gas chromatography determining free amino acids with ethyl chloroformate as derivatire reagent, and amino acids identified by automatic amino acid analyzer. The results show that automatic amino acid analyzer is suitable for identification of free amino acids in tobacco. The best technolgy will be found through researching the amino acid in burley tobacco, and the quality of blending cigartte in our country can be improved.
