摘要

Abstract

The effect of the form of hyper-fine silver powder distributed in high sintering temperature silver paste upon the electrical properties of piezolelectric ceramic vibrator is studied. The curves of the proportion of hyper-fine spherical floury silver to flaky floury silver vs the electrical property parameters of vibrator are obtained. It is indicated the electrical properties of piezoceramic vibrator can be improved by mixing spherical floury silver with moderate amount of flaky floury silver in the preparation of silver paste.(4 refs.)
