Abstract
With the development of the frontier science, a series of new discipline are produced. The permeation of biology into the science of material and mechatronics products the science of intelligent material and intelligent mechatronics. The forming process of the science of intelligent material and intelligent mechatronic system is presented and its law is revealed. The system models are established.
