摘要

Abstract

The properties of the varistors used in direct current micromotors are investignted. The dielectric-frequency characteristics and dielectric-temperature characteristics are analyzed. As compared with low-voltage ZnO varistors made by seed crystal proceu, the results indicate that Iow-voltage ZnO varistors made by seed crystal process possess better properties. Owing to the easier technology and lower cost compared with those of SrTiO3 varistors, ZnO ring varistors of high properties still have its place in the field of direct-currant micromotors although its capacitance is lower than that of SrTiO3.
