摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine gingko leaf, the process parameters were optimized on the drying of gingko leaf in the tunnel-type dryer through regression experiment of the second general rotation design, taking the air temperture, wind speed and tunnel length as the experimental factors,and taking the flavanone content of gingko leaf and drying time as the targets. The research indicated:The optimum parameters were as follous: air temperature 63.8 ℃,wind speed 1.5 m/s,tunnel length 3. 46 m,. And the flavanone content of gingko leaf is 2. 295 g/100 g for 2.65 h drying.关键词
