Effect of GA3 and CEPA on the Content of Chestnut's Endogenous Carbohydrate and Protein
在自然状态下,随着雌花的分化进程,板栗上部芽表现出蛋白质和蔗糖的积累,同时伴以淀粉和还原糖的消耗,下部芽的变化则不明显,其中蔗糖反而呈下降趋势;GA3处理增加了蛋白质和蔗糖的积累而加速了还原糖和淀粉的消耗,CEPA处理使还原糖和淀粉消耗减缓的同时也阻碍了蛋白质和蔗糖的积累。
In the normal state,with the development of female flower,chestnuts upper buds show accumulation of protein,sucrose and consumption of starch,reducing sugar,but such changes of the lower buds are not obvious;while the sucrose shows descending trend.Treatment by G,A3 enhanced the accumulation of protein and sucrose but accelerated the consumption of reducing sugar and starch.On the contrary,treatment by CEPA slowed down the consumption of reducing sugar and s…查看全部>>
