Abstract
Purpose: We analysed the CT features of metastatic encephaloma through the contrast of clinic and operation pathology. The CT features and diagnosis senses of metastatic encephaloma of old people was investigated. Material and mothods. In those cases, multiple matastatic encephaloma were 39 cases, single matastatic tumor were 24 cases. All these cases were examed by CT. 49 cases were contrast scanned. We could see the tumour's locattion and quantity. Result: 118 tumors were found by CT. single matastatic encephaloma were 24 case (29.8%);two tumors were 58 cases (49%);more than two tumors were 26 cases(22%). Conclusion; CT scanning can define the location and quantity of the matastatic encephaloma. CT scanning is the first select in examing the matatatic encephaloma.关键词
