压阻阵列触滑觉复合传感器
A COMPOUND PIEZO-RESISTIVE TACTILE ARRAY
摘要
Abstract
This paper studies a piezo-resistive tactile array that has taxels between one millimeter space. Principle of sensor working, sensor structure and signal processing circuit are discussed in the paper. It also introduces the way of tactile image manipulation and getting slippage information from tactile graphic changing. At last ,some test results about the sensor are given.关键词
