摘要

Abstract

Presented are the research results of some electronic ceramic materials, including alumina ceramics and PTC thermal sensitive ceramics. It is found that of 95%~97% Al2O3 the mechanical strength depends on its crystalline size, morphology and distribution. Of the acquired (Zr, Sn)TiO4 ceramics for microwave application, er is 35~41, tf (-14~+20)×106C-1, and Q0≥5 000 (10 GHz).Ultra-fine (Ba, Sr, Pb) TiO3 powder is prepared by co-precipitation and high performance PTC thermal-sensitive ceramics is obtained.
