摘要

Abstract

Standard evaluating method for barley is labor and time consuming. But near infrared transmission technique (NIT) with the rapid character can simultaneously measure multiple traits in very limited time. This study investigated the application of NIT analysis of moisture and protein, which is the important value in evaluating the barley quality. The result shows that the correlation coefficient for prediction value and the chemical analysis value were highly significant.Thereby it could be used in the early generation screening technique.
