摘要
Abstract
The writers of this article report on 23 cases of pyogenic rachitis. The analysis and contrast are concentrated on the results of X-ray plain film and CT examinations, and it has been found that CT examination is superior to X-ray plain filmand is conductive to early diagnosis of pyogenic rachitis. Chief imagiological manifestations are: during the initial stage,swelling of soft tissues and formation of abscess, vermiform destruction of bone, and then hyperosteogeny and osteosclerosis around the region of destruction; and during the final stage,mostly restoration of bone, i. e. , hyperosteogeny and osteosclerosis, formation of bone bridge, and finally synostosis.关键词
