摘要
Abstract
The thick film potentiometer of conventional ceramic panel can not bear high over-load. To select the stainless steel plate as the panel, to coat insulating material and to print thick film circuit on it, then sintering, the steel panel thick film ring potentiometer was produced and passed the temperature cycle, anti over-load, mechanical strength and dynamic shoot experiments. The results show that the coated insulating material stainless steel panel thick film ring potentiometer has advantages such as high over-load value (18 000~20 000 g), high dynamic resistance mountable precision(the error ≤1%),etc. It completely meets the application requirements in the high over-load environment.关键词
