摘要
Abstract
Positive study on economic performance of tea farm showed thatscale economy does not exist in tea production，but there are different cases in different tea kinds. The development of hand-made tea during 1990s，which is suited for production by family，resulted in small scale of tea production and negatively affected the development of tea industry. In order to participate in the international competition，it is necessary to upgrade the technology of tea industry through innovation of tea product，which will further induce the evolution of organizational structure.关键词
