摘要

Abstract

The optimum conditions of extracting flavonoids in the skin of phaseolu s radiatus were investigated by using the orthogonal design. The results showe d that at 70 ℃, 6∶1 of 30% ethanol to the skin of the phaseolus radiatus weigh t ratio, extraction for 2 times and 2 h for each time were optimal. Under 510 nm, we ado pted the method of Al(NO3)3 comparing the colour and put rutin as per the s tandard to calculate the content of flavonoids in the skin of phaseolus radiatus , the average content of it is 1.459%.
