摘要
Abstract
In this paper,effect of adding Fllase Asia bell root Tangshen water extraction on submerge fermenta-tion polysaccharide of pleurotus nebrodensis was studied. By determining the change of intracellular polysaccharide,exopolysaccharide,pH value, mycelia biomass, mycelium globe density, mycelium diameter and viscidity of fermenta-tion liquid, the results showed that adding 25mg/mL, 50mg/mL and 75mg/mL Tangshen extraction could promote polysaccharide production and increase biomass yield, especially the 50mg/mL being the best concentration, the yield of intracellular polysaccharide, exopolysaccharide and mycelia biomass was 10.5% (w/w) ,8.02% (w/w), 1.4g/100 mL respectively.关键词
