茶树优质资源的同工酶遗传稳定性研究
The Study on Isoenzyme Genetic Stabilityof Excellent Tea (Camellia sinensis) Germplasms

Abstract
The isoenzymes of esterase,polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase of 5excellent tea germplasms and their cutting offspring were studied by means of the polyacrylamide gel vertical slab electrophoresis. The band of Rf=0.42 in esterase was absent in Juyancha and its cutting offspring,but this band existed in other 4 germplasms. The Rf=0.39 subunit of polyphenol oxidase in Rucheng Zaoya and its cutting offspring was stronger than that of other samples. The results showed that no difference in the type and density of three isoenzymes between the excellent tea germplasms and their cutting offspring. It was proved that the heredity of asexual propagation in tea germplasms was stable under the protein levels.关键词
