摘要

Abstract

The adsorption and desorption behaviors of maize purple pigment on 3 types of macroporous resins were studied.It was found that the adsorption capacity of maize purple pigment on the macroporous resins decreased depending on the type of the resin in the order ofAB-8>NKA-Ⅱ>NKA-9;The maximum adsorption rate can reach80%under the condition of pH<3,30℃50℃and adsorbing time of3husingAB-8macroporous resin.The maximum desorption rate can reach at 75% using alcohol under the condition of pH<3,30℃50℃ and desorption time of 3h.These conditions can be used to purify maize purple ear axle pigment.
