荧光光谱分析法用于维生素药片中核黄素的检测
Investigation of fluorescence spectrometry for determination of riboflavin in vitamin tablets
摘要
Abstract
A fluorescence spectrometry for detection of pharmaceuticals like riboflavin in vitamin B2 (VB2) in Tris-HCl buffer of pH=7. 00 with excitation/emission wavelength of 467/523.5nm has been developed in this paper. The detection limit for riboflavin could be e-valuated to be a supra-low concentration of 15.7 pg/mL, which was better than that of reported data. The presented method possessed high sensitivity, nice reproducibility and stability, and no obvious in-terferences from Na+, K+, Ba2+, Mg2+, Zn2+, vitamin C. B1, B6, oryzanol and pyrazine compounds were observed. With a recovery rate of 96.53% to 103.94%, the method has been applied to determination of amount of VB2 in tablets which was in well agreement with that of UV/Vis spectrophotometry, indicating that it can be used for the detection of practical therapeutic drugs.关键词
