固体铝电解电容器用C/Al复合负极箔的研究
Study on the C/Al composite foil for solid aluminum electrolytic capacitor

Abstract
After thermally treating the aluminum foil pre-coated with slurry composed of conductive carbon black and organic binder in a vacuum furnace, a kind of C/Al composite foil with strong interfacial bonding was prepared for solid aluminum electrolytic capacitor. The effects of preparation condition on the specific capacity and bonding strength of the C/Al foil were studied, and a simple mathematical model describing the relationship between the specific capacity of the C/Al foil and the thickness of carbon layer was built. The results show that the specific capacity of the C/Al composite foil increases with increasing thickness of carbon layer. When the thickness of carbon layer is about 35 μm, the bonding between carbon layer and aluminum foil is strong, and the specific capacity of the C/Al foil reaches 2 200 × 10-6 F/cm2.关键词
