Abstract
The problem of food safety has attracted worldwide attention in recent years. According to the high standards of food safety requirements in Europe and America, an efficient system of food safety inspection and supervision have been constructed in those developed countries which also adopt flexible means to improve their level of food safety. The Characteristics of food safety inspection and supervision in Europe and America have many implications for China. The paper would be based on their experiences and lessons to offer some proposes to food safety improvement in China.关键词
