壳聚糖涂膜对沪产冬枣贮藏期品质的影响
Effect of chitosan film-coating on storage quality of winter jujube produced of Shanghai during the storage period

Abstract
To discuss the preservation effects of chitosan film-coating on winter jujube produced of Shanghai, the dongzao jujube were packed into PE bags (0.04mm PE film in thickness) after disposing of chitosan film-coating to study the effects of storage quality. The results showed that the dosages of 1.5% chitosan film-coating could restrain the decline of ascorbic acid, the reducing sugar, the contects of chlorophyll,firmness and water content of the dongzao jujube. All of the targets were hinger than the CK, after stored for 80 days.Meanwhile the dosages of 1.5 % chitosan film-coating could effectively suppress the occurrence of jujube flesh browning degree, reduce rot fruit rate,delayed the senescence of jujube fruits.关键词
