摘要
Abstract
This paper reviewed the latest research progress in rapid detection and application of rice quality by using near-infrared spectroscopy and summarized the accuracy of mathematical model by using different sample's shape and model construction. Based on the issue,the existing problems were summarized and the prospect of further study was pointed.关键词
