摘要

Abstract

A species of ceramide homolog from wheat powder was extracted and purified and its structure analysis was carried out. Wheat powder was treated with 95% of ethanol by means of sorbitic extraction at first. Then the crude product was extracted from petroleum ether, concentrated by rotatory evaporator, extracted three times by silica gel column chromatography, recrystallized twice, respectively, and white undefined ceramide powder was obtained. By means of HPLC/ELSD,the purity of the product was detected. Its structure was characterized via IR and MS spectroscopy. Experimental results showed that the molecular weight of the ceramide was 397.3, molecular formula was C24H47NO3.
