酶法制取橙皮果胶的研究
Cellulase extraction of pectin from orange peel

Abstract
The characteristics of cellulase system is complicated,cellulase from different sources act with different effects in pectin extraction.The extraction of pectin from orange peel by cellulases which was different from the ones in literatures was studied.One kind of Iow-cost cellulase suitable for pectin extraction was screened out from three kinds of cellulases.And the effects of extraction pH, temperature,time, enzyme concentration on the pectin yield were studied by quadratic regression rotational composite design.The best effective factors were determined.Via statistical software of Design Expert analysising, the model was significant and the lack of fit was not significant with obvious statistical significance.The optimal combination forecasting model was drew on volume of enzyme 3.38mL, time 6.66h, temperature 47.5℃, pH4.95, pectin yield of forecasting model was 14.43% and verification experiment was 14.79%.Pectin yield was improved greatly and much higher than the reported in literatures,and cellulose was Iow-cost,so cost of production can be saved greatly.关键词
