Abstract
To establish the method of hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of selenium in Grifola frondosa.The best determination conditions including the concentration of carrier hydrochloride, sodium borohydride, medium acid were selected by standard solution.The two kinds of sample pre-treatment methods were compared, the best determination condition was selected.The results revealed that microwave digestion was more complete in sample pre-treatment,which was better than the wet digestion.The linear range was 1~10ng/mL,the detection limit was 0.002ng/mL,the precision was 1.3%~4.1 % ( n = 10) ,the recovery rate was 94.96%~97.94% (n = 5) ,the contents of selenium in Grifola frondosa was 0.2242μg/g.This method could be used to determine selenium in Grifola frondosa.It was accurate, sensitive, simple and rapid.关键词
