Research progress in lipase immobilization

Abstract
Immobilized lipase became a hotspot because its easy to separate and can be reused. The common immobilization methods were generally introduced including physical adsorption,covalent cross-linking method and entrapment method. Different immobilization methods had different effects on the enzyme.关键词
