Abstract
Using glacial acetic acid as solvent and acetylacetone (AcAc) as chelating agent, polycrystal La0. 7Ca0.3MnO3 thin films on silicon (110) substrates were fabricated by sol-gel method with inorganic salts (La, Ca, Mn) instead of corresponding alkoxide. Obtained thin films were characterized by means of FTIR, XRD, SEM, EDS and TEM. The transport properties and CMR effect of the sample were studied through R-T curves at different magnetic field. The results show that the films have typical cubic perovskite crystal structure, their average grain size is about 30 nm and increases with the increase of annealing temperature; there are double peaks on the R-T curves, the high-temperature peak corresponds to the I-M phase transition accompanied by the PM-FM phase transition; and the low-temperature peak is attributed to grain boundary effect and tunneling effect; their magnetoresistance MR is about -38.0% at 110 K.关键词
