摘要

Abstract

In recent years ,with the production and consumption of edible vegetable oil growing, the quality of edible vegetable oil detection is attracting increasing attention. The test principle of dielectric properties on edible plants oil and the dielectric properties of edible plants oil were analyzed in this paper. The present situation of several related to edible vegetable oil dielectric properties of test methods and test systems as well as with the dielectric properties of oil- related, such as frequency, temperature and other factors, were overviewed. The dielectric properties of oil based research methods on the dielectric properties of other food research were described.
