摘要

Abstract

The anti-fatigue effect of Yunnan green tea was investigated. Kunming mice were selected and then divided into 5 groups: blank control group given 0.9% normal saline, positive control group given 0.5g/kg · bw Rhodiola Rosae P.E,low-dose group(0.5g/kg · bw)of green tea,middle-dose group( 1.0g/kg · bw)of green tea and high- dose group (2.0g/kg · bw) of green tea.After 30d, ten mice from each group were selected for the weight-loaded swimming test. For other mice, the blood lactic acid (BLA), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), muscle glycogen(MG) and liver glycogen( LG)were determined .The result was showed as follows :compared with blank control group, green tea could significantly prolong swimming time, reduce lactic-acid level, increase lactate dehydrogenase level and increase liver glycogen and muscle glycogen storage after swimming. So,green tea has the function of alleviate physical fatigue,and middle-dose of green tea has better effect.
