摘要
Abstract
Ovalbumin was extracted for powder from the egg albumin.Coomassie blue- staining was used with the standard curve method and Kjeldahl method was used to analysis of protein content,the purity was determinated by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis.Furthermore,ovalbumin was plasticized with glycerine and prepared edible protein film.关键词
