摘要

Abstract

For optimal parameters of extraction condition for berberine of Caulis Mahonia, effects of ultrasonic extraction time, ultrasonic extraction temperature on berberine yield were studied through single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments. The results indicated that the effect sequence of four main factors for berberine yield were as follows: ethanol concentration, liquid-to-solid ratio, ultrasonic extraction time, ultrasonic power. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:80% ethanol as the solvent, ultrasonic extraction time 30min, ultrasonic power 500W,liquid-to-solid ratio 9. With the verification of five parallel tests, the test process was stable and reliable.Comparing with control experiment, berberine yield in extract increased by 56.1%.
