摘要

Abstract

Ultrasonic preparation conditions for acom shuck polyphenol have been conducted for using response surface methodology and the polyphenols content was determined by Prussian Blue speclrophotometry. The results demonstrated that the optimum condition of preparation time, ultrasonic power and ratio of material to liquid for polyphenol ultrasonic preparation is 17.4 min, 325. 6 W and 1 ∶29(m ∶ V), respectively. The predicted value and validated value for the ratio of preparation is 10.76% and 10. 56%, respectively.
