摘要

Abstract

The effects of light-emitting layer thickness and multilayer cathode components on the stability of polymer light-emitting device (PLED) were studied. And, the accelerated aging factor of PLED was obtained by measuring and comparing the working life of the PLED at different initial luminance. With the obtained accelerated aging factor, the working life of the PLED with a structure of ITO/PEDOT: PSS/MEH-PPV/Ba/Al at an initial luminance of 100 cd/m2 is calculated to be 10 124 h, roughly fulfilling the requirement of practical applications.
