液相还原法结合高温烧结制备正极材料LiFePO4/C
Synthesis of LiFePO4/C cathode materials by liquid reduction and sintering method

Abstract
The precursors of LiFePO4 were prepared by liquid reduction method, and then sintered to form LiFePO4/C cathode materials. LiOH · H2O and H2C204 · 2H2O were chosen as lithium source and reductant. The effects of carbon sources, FePO4· xH2O(x=0,2,4) and sintering time on the electrochemical properties of LiFePO4/C were studied. The results show that the optimum condition is using sucrose as carbon source, FePO4 · 2H2O as both iron and phosphorus sources and sintering at 700℃ for 2 h under N2 atmosphere. LiFePO4/C prepared in the optimum condition exhibits initial discharge capacities of 169 mAh · g-1 and 90 mAh · g-1 at 0.1 C and 10.0 C, as well as good static cycle life.关键词
