Abstract
Fe2O3 doped BaBiO3 thermosensitive ceramics were synthesized by solid-phase reaction method so as to improve the NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) characteristics of BaBiO3-based ceramics. The effects of Fe2O3-doping amount on the microstructures and electric properties of BaBiO3-based ceramics were investigated. The results show that the B25/85 value and RT (room temperature) resistivity of BaBiO3-based ceramics decrease initially and then increase with the increasing of Fe2O3 doping amount. Moreover, lower RT resistivity of 305 Ω·cm and larger B25/85 value of 3 466 K can be obtained when the mole fraction of Fe2O3 is 1.5%.关键词
