摘要

Abstract

In this study, to optimize conditions for the continuous countercurrent extraction (CCE) of flavonoids from Lithocarpus polysachyus Rehd., the effects of countercurrent extraction stage, extraction temperature, amount of added water and extraction time on fiavonoids yield were investigated. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: 3 stages for countercurrent extraction, extraction temperature of 100 ℃, material/water ratio of 1:30 (g/mL) and extraction time of 40 minutes, under which the extraction ratio was 88.26%.
