Abstract
Preliminary research on the deacidification technological process of modified tea oil by solvent extraction was investigated. The response surface methodology was conducted to optimize the conditions for solvent extraction based on the single-factor test. The best conditions for solvent extraction can be concluded as follows: ethanol aqueous solution concentration 88.00% and material ratio 1:1.关键词
