Abstract
Chicken fat was extracted by chloroform-methanol solution and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) .The differencies of fatty acid compositions among San-huang chicken, Qing-yuan chicken with different ages and broiler chicken from different areas were compared.关键词
