不同重金属胁迫对小麦金属硫蛋白同源性的影响
Stress effects of different heavy metals on metallothioneins homolog of wheat
摘要
Abstract
Growth and metallothionein (MT)homolog of wheat were investigated with different heavy metal concentrations of CoCl2, HgCl2, CuSO4 and Pb (AC)2 stress. The results showed that leaves of wheat had injury symptom when wheat seedlings were treated with different heavy metal after 24h. Wheat MT induced by different heavy metal had wide homolog. The type and concentration of heavy metal affected on MT contents of wheat.关键词
