摘要

Abstract

The microwave and releasing-inner ebullition extraction process of total saponins from gymnema sylvestre were studied. The microwave-assisted and releasing-inner ebullition extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test with the content of total aponins of gymnema sylvestre as index, respectively. The optimal microwave-assisted extraction process was as follows: the extraction time was 8min, the microwave power was 25OW,the ethanol concentration was 60%, the solid-solvent ratio was 1:1O. In the above conditions, the extraction yield of total saponins from gyrnnema sylvestre leaf was 97.93%.The optimized releasing-inner ebullition extraction condition was as follows:gymnema sylvestre leaf was moistened with 80% ethanol 1Omin, then was extracted by 60% ethanol at 55℃ in the under pressure. The extraction yield was 89.18% .As compared with the traditional extraction method, microwave-assisted and releasing-inner ebullition extraction method was faster to operate and the microwave-assisted have higher extraction yield and less solvent consumption.
