笃斯越桔花色苷对高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的影响
Study on the effect of anthocyanin from Vaccinium vliginosum L.on blood fat in hyperlipidemia rat

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of anthocyanin from Vaccinium vliginosum Lon blood fat in hyperlipidemia rat.Method:Wistar rats were fed basic feed (basic group )and high fat feed separately.After 3 weeks, high fat feed group were randomized into 4 groups according to serum total cholesterol.High fat group were fed high fat feed continuely, Vaccinium vliginosum Lanthocyanin high dose group, middle dose group and low dose group were fed anthocyanins which added into high fat feed 1.6.7,8.35,1.67mg/kg separately each day according to the body weight of rats.After 10 weeks, the serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL- C), low- density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL- C ), lipoprotein lipase (LPL) and hepatic lipase(HL) were detected by reagent box.The fat pillow around spermayy and kidney of rats were weighted and recorded.Result: Vaccinium vliginosum Lanthocyanin high dose,middle dose and low dose all can decrease the leves of TC, TG, LDL- C ( P < 0.05, P < 0.01 ) and the value of LDL- C/HDL- C, TG/HDL- C,Al( P <0.05,P < 0.01 ) in hyperlipidemia rats obviously, and increase the action of LPL and HL ( P < 0.05 ), and decrease the body fat contents( P < 0.05 ) obviously.Conclusion: Vaccinium vliginosum L.anthocyanins can regulate the blood fats' level of hyperlipidemia rat obviously.关键词
