Abstract
Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HLPC) method for determination of hippuric acid and creatinine in milk. Methods: The content of hippuric acid and creatinine were analyzed and compared between milk,cow urine and the milk mixed with cow urine. Results:The hippuric acid and creatinine in the cow urine were 20 times higher than in the milk, especially that of hippuric acid,which was 3t7 times. The content of hippuric acid in the milk mixed with 1% cow urine was 4.16 times more than that in milk. When the milk mixed with 8% cow urine,the creatinine could reach 2.65 times. Conclusion:By means of detecting, analysing and comparing the content of hippuric acid and creatinine in milk, an effective scientific detection for controlling and precluding high hippuric acid and creatinine content milk inflowing market was made.关键词
