摘要

Abstract

A novel and sensitive kinetic spectrophometric method for the determination of formaldehyde was developed ,which was based on the catalytic effect of formaldehyde on the oxidation reaction of methylene blue by bromate ion in acid medium. Formaldehyde in the linear concentration range of 0.30~3.50μg · mL-1 was determined with a detection limit of 0.154μg · mL-1.The method has been applied to the determination of formaldehyde in dried beancurd stick with satisfactory results.
