摘要

Abstract

At present, the effects of seaweed polysaccharides on antitumor, anti-oxidation, antiviral and radiation protection have been paid attention too widely, and seaweed polysaccharides are utilized in the industries of foods,health care products and drugs. The anti - radiation has widely application value. It has been fond that the sulfate fucoidan has modulation function.The composition, construction and the immune recognition receptors were summed up ,hoping that it is helpful to the study of the mechanism of the polysaccharides radiation protection.
